Good value for money
I recently had the opportunity to stay at Trat City Hotel for one night. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Let me start with the positives. The staff at the hotel was outstanding- incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiries. Their helpful attitude added a welcoming touch to the entire stay! The room itself was comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed. It provided a restful night’s sleep. Good value for the cost paid.
However, there were couple of aspect that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The sound isolation between rooms left something to be desired. I could clearly hear conversation from the neighboring room, and even the vibrations from their phone calls were audible. This aspect for a light sleeper like me, impacted the overall tranquillity of the stay. Another area of potential enhancement is breakfast offering ( quality and choice).

Wonderful
It is a well priced hotel with very comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the stay. Reception is very good on check-in and check-out. Rooms are basic but comfortable to enjoy the stay. No bar fridge, which didn't detract from the experience.

Nice location. Good for one night stay before taking the ferry to Koh Chang / Koh Kood. The room is clean. Basic breakfast included.

Great value for money, very nice and clean hotel with pool! Nice restaurant Hapa nearby.Recommended!
Very very good price for this nice hotel with pool. There is a water slide and kids area at the pool - big plus when you are with kids. Staff kind and helpful. The restaurant nearby Hapa is very good and fair price. They had live music, which was a bit loud. Rooms were clean and nice beds.
Not much view from the rooms. There is no restaurant at the hotel. The pool area is outside the hotel.
